I’ve enjoyed some of the videos, and there are definitely a few fun ones in the mix. After using it for a while though, the content starts to feel a bit repetitive. I’d love to see them switch things up more often, and I was expecting updates or responses a little faster too. Overall it’s not bad, just feels like it could be better...

I had a problem with my account sometime last week, or maybe the week before, I can’t remember the exact day. Support did get back to me and they were nice enough about it, but it took longer than I was expecting. They fixed the issue in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. Just wish the response time had been a bit quicker

I signed up for Sideplus mainly because I wanted the exclusive videos and the extra bits you don’t get on YouTube. Some of it is genuinely funny and has that more behind-the-scenes feel, which I did enjoy.

The perks are okay, but I don’t always feel like there’s enough new stuff to justify the price every month. It also feels like they’ve got little policy loopholes that work in their favor, where technically they’re providing what they promised, but you still end up feeling like you didn’t really get much for what you paid.

The site itself works fine most of the time, so I can’t really complain there. I just wish there was more consistent content or better value overall. It’s not bad, and bigger fans might love it, but for me it lands somewhere in the average range.

Everything was billed clearly, and I didn’t run into any random surprise fees. Super easy to understand, which I really appreciated!

I’ve been using Side Plus for a while now, and my experience has been really smooth. Whenever I open an episode, it loads quickly and just starts playing without any hassle. I use it on my phone a lot too, and I hardly ever run into buffering. It’s nice not having to keep refreshing the page or messing around just to watch something.

I had no issue logging back into Sideplus. I did forget my password, which was on me, but the reset email showed up quickly and I was back in within a few minutes. Everything loaded normally after that too. I don’t really get the complaints, because for me it was simple and hassle-free...

I wasn’t totally sure if paying extra would feel worth it but the exclusive videos are good and there’s enough extra stuff that I don’t feel like I wasted my money, tbh I’ve been enjoying it more than I expected.

I do like that the creators on Sideplus come across real, not overly fake or scripted, which is probably the best thing about it. I used sideplus.com on my phone it was straightforward. The pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to tap around forever just to find what I was looking for.
Signing up was simple, the payment page made sense, and after that the videos opened up without any hassle. I also liked that the menus were clean, like not too cluttered or packed with random stuff.
The only small thing was that I had to scroll a bit to find the account settings, but really, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall it was smooth, smooth enough that I didn’t run into any annoying issues

For the money, it’s not bad at all. I’m not totally sure how well the quality will hold up over time, but so far it seems like a decent buy.

Videos load quickly, the app is easy to get around, and I really like that it remembers where I left off. No real complaints from my side, I’m happy with it.

I was able to cancel eventually, it just took more clicking around than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but the steps could definitely be clearer. After that, I didn’t really run into any major issues...

I do like the idea of sideplus, and some of the videos are genuinely fun to watch, but the upload schedule has been frustrating lately. It feels like I’m paying for a subscription and then just sitting around waiting for something new to finally pop up.

For a paid site, I really expected content to come out more regularly, even if it was just shorter videos here and there. When there are long gaps, it starts to feel like the sub isn’t really worth it. I hope they sort it out, because it could be so much better
